Lose weight while you’re sleeping

593048_sunbathing1.jpg Some good american studies have shown that sleep can really help you lose unwanted pounds. That’s a good thing in general I believe. Have to try this out if it really works. But I allready sleep 7 to 8 hours a day so, do I have to sleep 10 or more?

The first main reason for losing weight while sleeping is that we don’t eat in that time (hehe). We don’t run to the fridge and eat like maniacs if you know what I mean.

There’s another reason. If you get lots of sleep you have the energy for the day and this will keep you active. You will exercise more and keep your diet plans because you’re more concentrated. But if you ask me I wouldn’t rely on this. Okay, some 6+ hours of sleep and a good diet, good exercise and a diet pill here and then - that’s all that counts!
