It’s about 75% vs 25%, muscle is the 25% end. But also remember that a big part of losing weight is the water, because we’re from 70% of water, by the way!
We lose weight at different speed. Some faster, some slower. There are some factors like genes and health or the level of stress. It’s not an exact science.

So, how quick can you lose weight? About 20 pounds of weight per week, though the majority of this will be water. And this is then regained when we start eating normaly. The maximum fat we can lose per week? About 3 - 4 pounds. But this is only for obese people. Normal woman (like 140 pounds) will lose 1.5 per week only. But there are side effects too when we lose weight to quickly. One of them is that hanging skin which you can see on TV sometimes. So if you’re trying to do it, lose weight slowly and steadily.
