Tight bellyDo you remember talking with your friends about that fat around the belly? Well, I can’t think of one of my friends that didn’t complain about that special area one or more times. Even skinny people are often unhappy with an extra pound on that part of the body.We all wish we could lose some fat there, but what does really help to lose belly fat?

One thing you should remember is, that it’s impossible to lose fat on one particular body part only, for example the belly. You will see comercials with those super ab rollers or even some creams that promise to lose fat around your belly, but forget them. That’s all nonsense. Even through lots of ab exercising, you won’t lose fat there. Sure, the muscles will form themselfs, but the layer of fat will stay. But what is the sollution to this problem you might ask?

It’s the combination of healthy food (vegetables, fruit, low fat foods) and cardio exercise (walking, running) plus muscle exercise like ab training, crunches etc. For a good figure you should be willing to exercise at least one and a half hour per day, believe me. And please do not eat those fast food fatty meals. They are no good for your belly fat.
