Yesterday was a bad day for my weightloss. I drank a beer in the morning (don’t ask me why) and then did some 20 minutes of cardio on my elyptical trainer. Went out to get a nice fatty meal (about 500 kcal for sure).
Then I went to this nice lady and we had some fun together, went home for lunch and ate some 700 kcal more for sure, with that dessert at the end not included. Then we went out bowling and I drank some 4 beers there (4x 180 kcal), then they went home and I went out partying with a friend of mine and we drank some 5 or so beers for sure + red bulls about 2 or 3.
I bet I gain some weight yesterday LoL! So folks, if you’re serious about losing weight don’t be like me. Don’t drink beer, don’t party but do exercise!
